*All HOPE Groups are confidential and ongoing. They can be either open or closed to new participants, according to their wish. Diverse HOPE groups are for people with virtually any challenging heath problem; there they discover how much they have in common in spite of the diversity of challenges thrown at them. Special HOPE groups are for people facing a single common challenge, e.g. alcoholism, teenage, poverty, specific cancers, AIDS, etc., as people and guides request.
