Powerful ideas are at the very heart of success and are the driving force behind everything we do at the Nightingale-Conant Corporation. We are the world leader in self-development and it is our aim to help you reach your highest and most desired destination.

Commonweal
A small twenty-seven-year-old health and environmental research institute in the Point Reyes National Seashore outside the coastal town of Bolinas, California. Our principal areas of work are with (1) people with cancer and health professionals who work with people with life-threatening illnesses; (2) children and young adults with learning and social difficulties, and the childcare professionals who work with them; and (3) the global search for a healthy and sustainable future.

The Center for Attitudinal Healing
A “Practical spirituality” that is non-dogmatic and does not conflict with any spiritual/religious orientation; rather, it is a general approach to life. It integrates centuries-old practical spiritual principles into a psychological format. These principles introduce the dynamic of choice into the psychological process, and offers people the opportunity to step through the fear, conflict or separation they are feeling, and often recycling, and make a choice to experience peace of mind instead, even in the face of real difficulty. It regards our primary identity as spiritual, and states that love is the most important healing force in the world. It defines health as inner peace and healing as a process of letting go of fear

Attitudinal Healing asserts that it is not people or circumstances outside ourselves that cause us conflict or distress, but rather what causes us conflict are our own thoughts, feelings and attitudes about people and events. It views the purpose of all communication as joining, not separation, and regards happiness itself as a choice. Each instant is seen as an opportunity to reexamine our lives and to choose again what it is we want to experience.

ISSSEEM
The International Society for the Study of Subtle Energy and Energy Medicine explores the application of subtle energies to the experience of consciousness, healing, and human potential and is designed as a bridging organization for scientists, clinicians, therapists, healers, and laypeople. ISSSEEM encourages experimental exploration of the phenomena long associated with the practice of energy healing.

May You Be Blessed
This gentle and lovely blessing movie promoting the concept of blessing describes its purpose as follows:

"Though not always visible, there is within everyone and everything a divine and holy spark of goodness. Whenever we bless any person, situation, or thing in our lives, we are, in essence, recognizing that goodness, acknowledging its inherent value, and in so doing, fanning the spark into a flame. Each and every time we bless another, we don't just make a difference, we heal the world.

Just imagine what would happen if everyone involved in this experiment -- all the million plus people who have viewed the movie thus far, and all those who will view in the future -- if all of us spent just 24 hours letting our lives be a blessing to others. Just imagine the changes that would occur if in each and every encounter, we offered a blessing of hope and joy and love. Imagine what would happen if in every situation, even those perceived as difficult or bad, we insisted on recognizing the good within and began to bless that good into being. Just imagine what a powerful difference that would make. In 24 hours, we could make an impact that would shake the world. One million plus blessings going out moment by moment, over and over again, hour after hour after hour. Just imagine the impact such a crescendo of blessings would have."
